Australia-wide courier

We courier gowns nation-wide with tracking. Shipping is calculated at checkout or confirmed in your order; fragile, beaded pieces are packed with acid-free tissue and structure so they arrive exactly as they left the studio.

Studio collection

Local clients are welcome to collect from the studio by appointment — ideal for final fittings and to save on shipping. We'll arrange a time around your event.

Timeframes

Ready pieces are dispatched promptly once payment clears. Made-to-order and custom gowns ship after fittings are complete — we always agree an honest timeline against your event date before you commit, and prioritise dispatch so your gown arrives with time to spare.

Hire dispatch & return

Hired gowns are sent to arrive before your event window, with a prepaid return method where offered. Please return by the agreed date to release your bond.

International

International delivery may be available on request for select pieces. Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility; ask us before ordering and we'll confirm options and costs.
