Faulty or not as described

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a remedy if a gown is faulty or significantly different from what was described. Contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your gown with photos, and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.

Sale items

Because our gowns are occasion pieces — many one-of-a-kind or made-to-order — change-of-mind returns are assessed case by case and may not be available on made-to-order pieces. Where a return is agreed, the gown must be unworn, with tags intact and beadwork undamaged. Please contact us before returning anything.

Hire returns & bonds

Hired gowns are returned by the agreed date in their original condition. Your refundable bond is released after a clean, on-time return. Reasonable wear is expected; damage beyond that, or a late return, may be charged against the bond per your hire confirmation. Hire fees are non-refundable once the hire period begins.

Custom commissions

Custom gowns are made only for you, so deposits are non-refundable once work begins and the finished piece is not eligible for change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights if the gown is faulty or not as agreed.
